Leandro Moreira

Leandro Moreira, President of Transportation, brings a distinguished international career in transportation and logistics that began in 1995. At Frontier, Leandro leads all transportation operations and strategy, overseeing the development and execution of the company’s dedicated pharmaceutical transportation network across air, ground, and multimodal solutions.

In previous Corporate Development roles, he drove double-digit growth annually and expanded companies’ global reach. His expertise spans commercial planning, M&A, labor negotiations, and finance. Notably, Leandro transformed Miami International Airport into the first pharma hub in the Americas, setting new standards for life sciences transportation infrastructure.

An active advocate for trade and pharmaceutical supply chain security, Leandro contributes to global initiatives and speaks frequently at conferences for IATA, TIACA, and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Leandro studied law at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro and public policy and organizational communications at the University of Miami. He completed his executive leadership education at Cornell and is currently enrolled at Wharton Business School, where he is further enhancing his executive education.
