    * CSD must be completed by shipper where shipper is a ‘EU-Known Consignor or by FS2 where freight must be security screened
    ** Dangerous Goods Declaration DGD (if applicable) – this should be completed by the shipper on the correct DGD Form, in triplicate and include:
    – UN Number, DG Class, Division and Packaging Group to ensure compliance. (FS2 Cargo Handler will perform DG Checklist to ensure compliance prior to shipping)
    *** Consolidation Manifest must be completed by Shipper where Shipper is building own ULDs for shipment.
