Steven Uebele, Chief Executive Officer, brings over 30 years of executive experience in global logistics and operations to the full-scale temperature-controlled storage logistics operation catering to the life sciences industry. With a career spanning executive management, operations, quality, logistics, manufacturing, research, and engineering, Steven has led high-impact roles, including Chief Operations Officer at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and executive leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies within the health, wellness, and pharmaceutical sectors.

A skilled industry leader, Steven has driven the growth and construction of large-scale global manufacturing facilities, resulting in over 4 million square feet of facility buildouts across pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and warehousing. His reach spans more than 30 countries, highlighting his proficiency in managing complex international supply chain operations. Steven holds a degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from The University of Arkansas and holds numerous design and engineering patents.

Brent Mohair, Chief Operating Officer, brings over 30 years of experience in global logistics, healthcare supply chains, and operational leadership to Frontier Scientific Solutions. In this role, Brent oversees the company’s global operations, ensuring strategic alignment across logistics, storage infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.

He leads Frontier’s operational strategy with a focus on scalability, temperature-controlled storage, and logistics excellence across its international footprint. Prior to joining Frontier, Brent held senior executive roles overseeing global healthcare logistics, including the design and execution of strategies for time-critical inventory, advanced manufacturing, and cold chain storage solutions.

Known for his expertise in complex supply chain environments and deep understanding of regulatory standards and emerging technologies, Brent brings a disciplined, forward-looking approach to operations. He is also an active member of several industry associations and a dedicated community volunteer, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and meaningful impact.

Kevin Nash, Chief Commercial Officer, brings 40 years of experience in international business management, with a strong and proven capability in all aspects of international logistics, strategic leadership, and end-to-end supply chain management.

Kevin has a career that spans multiple disciplines, including executive leadership, commercial development and client relationships, global multi-modal operations, finance, and quality and compliance in both client and solution provider domains. He ran his own international transport business and held successful leading positions with a top Fortune 100 company, a Global Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest freight only airline.

With over 18 years of experience in providing best-in-class global supply chain solutions to some of the world’s largest life sciences, pharmaceutical and MedTech companies, Kevin is responsible for leading Frontier’s Global Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams, driving the delivery of disruptive, industry-leading innovations that address the rapidly evolving needs of life science organizations worldwide.

Kevin holds a national and international Certificate of Professional Competence from London University, studied Business Management at Kingston University London and completed Top Management Supply Chain studies at Cranfield University, and has a long history of supporting and mentoring MBA and PhD students and staff throughout his career.

Mike Daily, Chief Financial Officer, leverages a deep background in accounting and financial management to oversee all financial operations, supporting Frontier’s mission to develop and operate cGMP cold storage facilities for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. With over eight years of experience in audit practice and subsequent leadership roles in financial operations, he has managed complex functions including accounting, real estate, construction, risk management, and HR. A licensed CPA, Mike holds a degree in accounting from Purdue University and is dedicated to ensuring financial excellence and operational efficiency in highly regulated environments.

Hugh Wyman Howard III, best known by his middle name, is Frontier’s Chief Security Officer. Wyman leverages over three decades of leadership and operational expertise to safeguard organizations against modern security challenges. A retired Rear Admiral with 32 years in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams and special operations, he has commanded at all levels, earning recognition for his leadership during complex, high-stakes missions.

Wyman’s strategic insight extends beyond his military career, as he collaborates with public and private sectors on risk mitigation, cyber threats, and innovative security solutions. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with an MBA from the TRIUM consortium, Wyman’s diverse expertise drives his mission to protect and advance organizational resilience in an ever-evolving landscape.

Michael Braddock II, Chief Business Officer, is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical industry, bringing a wealth of expertise in client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to Frontier Scientific Solutions. Specializing in Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) and end-to-end supply chain solutions, Michael has consistently optimized global logistics to enhance client efficiencies. He plays a critical role in identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong industry partnerships that align with emerging trends and foster innovation. Known for his client-centric approach, Michael excels in building long-term partnerships and delivering customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical organizations.

Keith Parent, Chief Technology Officer, brings over 35 years of leadership and technology expertise in the life sciences industry, with a deep focus on regulatory compliance and IT infrastructure. Keith has spent his career designing and managing enterprise-level systems for pre-clinical and clinical organizations across the pharmaceutical space.

He has led the development and deployment of global technology environments supporting over 100,000 clinical users and more than 5,000 servers, including systems for CTMS, eCTD, adverse event reporting, and longitudinal patient registries. Keith is known for enabling life sciences startups and CROs to access enterprise-grade compliance environments.

A respected thought leader and frequent speaker at industry events, Keith holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Siena College. His passion lies in advancing technology solutions that streamline compliance and accelerate development across the life sciences industry.

Leandro Moreira, President of Transportation, brings a distinguished international career in transportation and logistics that began in 1995. At Frontier, Leandro leads all transportation operations and strategy, overseeing the development and execution of the company’s dedicated pharmaceutical transportation network across air, ground, and multimodal solutions.

In previous Corporate Development roles, he drove double-digit growth annually and expanded companies’ global reach. His expertise spans commercial planning, M&A, labor negotiations, and finance. Notably, Leandro transformed Miami International Airport into the first pharma hub in the Americas, setting new standards for life sciences transportation infrastructure.

An active advocate for trade and pharmaceutical supply chain security, Leandro contributes to global initiatives and speaks frequently at conferences for IATA, TIACA, and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Leandro studied law at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro and public policy and organizational communications at the University of Miami. He completed his executive leadership education at Cornell and is currently enrolled at Wharton Business School, where he is further enhancing his executive education.

Tony Yeates, Vice President of Quality, brings over three decades of experience in quality assurance and GMP auditing within the life sciences sector. At Frontier, he leads quality operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining excellence in temperature-controlled storage and logistics. With a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, audit management, and quality systems, Tony has a proven track record of building and leading quality teams, managing inspections, and implementing robust quality frameworks. A chemistry graduate from Utah State University, Tony is dedicated to upholding the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory operations.

Matt Traverson, Director of US Operations, brings over 20 years of expertise in cGMP warehousing, inventory management, and quality assurance within the life sciences sector. Specializing in operational excellence, Matt oversees all US-based operations at Frontier, driving the safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency of our temperature-controlled storage, transportation, and product handling processes. Known for his hands-on approach to supply chain logistics and his commitment to creating safe, high-performing working environments, Matt has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, enhancing safety protocols, and optimizing the end-to-end delivery of life science products across diverse operational settings.

Nicholas Uebele, Director of Facilities, brings specialized expertise in cGMP-compliant storage and transportation for pharmaceutical products. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Nicholas has been with Frontier since 2021, where he oversees the management of existing facilities and leads the construction and commissioning of new, state-of-the-art temperature-controlled sites. In this role, he ensures that all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with cGMP standards. His leadership is critical in maintaining product integrity from facility to patient, optimizing secure storage processes, and supporting Frontier’s mission to deliver reliable, world-class pharmaceutical logistics solutions.
