Leandro Moreira
Chief Operations Officer
Leandro Moreira, Chief Operating Officer and Partner, brings a distinguished international career in transportation and logistics, beginning in 1995. At Frontier, he leads operations and oversees the company’s global expansion strategy. In previous Corporate Development roles, Leandro drove double-digit growth annually and expanded companies’ global reach. His career includes key roles in managing operations in commercial planning, M&A, labor negotiations, and finance. Notably, Leandro transformed Miami International Airport into the first pharma hub in the Americas and remains an active speaker and advocate for trade and pharmaceutical supply chain security, contributing to global initiatives and speaking at conferences for IATA, TIACA, and the US Department of Commerce.
Leandro studied law at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro and public policy and organizational communications at the University of Miami. He completed his executive leadership education at Cornell and is currently enrolled at Wharton Business School, where he is further enhancing his executive education.
